Meet the Coach
I'm Jamie, and I'm all about helping you craft your path to a healthier you! I've had a lifelong passion for guiding others toward wellness, rooted in my love for health and fitness. Armed with a B.S. in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, I dove into the world of personal training. Later, I ventured into teaching, sparking a love for cultivating growth in others.
For seven years, I ignited young minds as a middle school science teacher, then stepped into the role of an instructional coach, where I realized that achieving one goal often meant expanding in many directions. Yet, a burning desire to make a broader impact tugged at me. So, I set off on a soul-searching journey that brought me back to my two passions: helping others and fostering health.
That 'aha' moment led me to don the hat of a nutrition coach. My years in the education realm have instilled a deep belief that real change takes nurturing and effort. That's where my mission comes alive – to empower you with the knowledge and personalized support to cultivate the vibrant life you envision.
